1. Project Information & Modifications
- All images, floor plans, and project details provided are for illustrative purposes only and may be subject to change as per the developer's discretion.
- The developer reserves the right to alter specifications, plans, amenities, and features without prior notice in accordance with regulatory approvals.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
- A unit is considered booked only after payment of the prescribed booking amount and execution of the agreement for sale.
- Payment should be made as per the agreed installment schedule, failing which penalties or cancellation clauses may apply.
- The price mentioned is exclusive of taxes, registration charges, and other statutory levies, which shall be borne by the buyer.
3. Possession & Delivery
- The possession date is subject to approvals and construction progress and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Any delay due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) shall not hold the developer liable for compensation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- In case of cancellation by the buyer, cancellation charges may apply as per the developer’s policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed terms in the sale agreement.
5. Maintenance & Association Rules
- The buyer shall be responsible for maintenance charges as per the terms set by the housing society or management body.
- Post-possession, residents must comply with society rules, bylaws, and community regulations.
6. Legal Compliance
- The project is developed as per RERA regulations, and all transactions shall be governed by applicable Indian laws.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
By proceeding with the booking, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
